Transiting/anchoring/remaining in area off Amber Beacon during Singapore Sail Grand Prix 2023

The Singapore Sail Grand Prix 2023 (SAILGP) will be held off Amber Beacon from 12 January to 15 January 2023.

Pursuant to Reg 45 (2) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Port) Regulations, the Port Master hereby restricts all vessels from transiting, anchoring or remaining in the demarcated area. The restricted area will be brought into effect at 1100H to 1700H daily from 12 January to 15 January.

The restricted area is bounded by the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum):
A 01˚ 18.047'N / 103˚ 55.108'E
B 01˚ 17.078'N / 103˚ 55.431'E
C 01˚ 16.693'N / 103˚ 54.391'E
D 01˚ 17.539'N / 103˚ 53.644'E

Vessels currently anchored within the demarcated area are required to relocate to an alternate anchorage as directed by the Port Master, by 12 January 2023, 0001hrs.

Marshalling boats will be deployed to warn other craft in the vicinity of the prohibited area.
