The Suez Canal Authority is organising a global conference entitled “Suez Canal Global Conference: Opportunities and Challenges (SCGC)”, as a part of its intention to get a direct and effective contact with its main customers and the main players in the shipping market.
The conference will be held from 22 to 24 February 2016, at JW Marriott, Cairo, Egypt.
Alongside the conference sessions, there will be some workshops attended by relevant specialists to discuss the most important issues related to the Suez Canal operation and its policies. A session concerning the Suez Canal Development project will be on the agenda as well.
The conference activities will include site visits to the New Suez Canal which was opened for international Navigation on August 6, 2015.
It will be a great opportunity if you attend the conference and its related activities, meet with key specialists in the shipping market, representatives from the major shipping lines and SCA executives to exchange ideas and opinions in order to further enhance the services provided by the SCA.
