A charity sea parade comprising one middle-sized dragon boat and several escort boats will take place in the Victoria Harbour from 0800 hours to 1030 hours on 19 November 2022 (Saturday).
According to the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore’s Marine Department Notice No.229/2022, the dragon boat with 22 paddlers will depart the starting point off Kowloon Public Pier, following a route along the outbound lane of Hung Hom Fairway to waters off Cha Kwo Ling, Yau Tong and then towards the finish point at Marine Police Headquarters in Sai Wan Ho.
Marine Department and Marine Police patrol launches will be deployed to regulate marine traffic during the passage of the sea parade.
Vessels navigating in the vicinity should proceed with caution and give a wide berth to the parade fleet and comply with any directions given by the Marine Department and Marine Police patrol launches.
