Updated entry procedures

Effective from 22 March, travellers entering Sarawak from West Malaysia, Sabah and Labuan no longer have to undergo rT-PCR COVID-19 test 3 days/72 hours before entry to Sarawak. However, a police permit is still required for entries to Sarawak.

The online ‘enterSarawak’ application at sdmc.sarawak.gov.my is still required. Necessary supporting documents must be attached.

The e-Health Declaration Form (e-HDF) must also be filled in within 12 hours before arrival.

The 14-day quarantine upon entry to Sarawak is still mandatory. A rT-PCR COVID-19 test will be taken on Day 2 and Day 10.
