Tightened measures for travelers from Guangdong

04 Jun 2021 / Singapore

Singapore will tighten our border measures for travelers from Guangdong province, Mainland China, given the increase in the number of COVID-19 cases there.

From 2359 hours local time tomorrow (5 June), all signing-on crew entering Singapore with a travel history to Guangdong within the last 21 days must serve 7 days SHN in their home country.

Other signing-on crew from Mainland China will not be required to serve SHN as per SafeTravel (https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/).

All applications should be submitted at least 21 days in advance.
