A Restricted Area will be established on 12 (rehearsal) and 19 (event day) October 2024, from 1700 hours to 2100 hours, at the waters off the Hong Kong Gold Coast at Tuen Mun to facilitate a drone performance.
The Restricted Area is bounded by straight lines joining the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (F) and the adjacent shoreline:
(A) 22 deg. 22.047’N / 113 deg. 59.410’E
(B) 22 deg. 21.986’N / 113 deg. 59.344’E
(C) 22 deg. 22.096’N / 113 deg. 58.944’E
(D) 22 deg. 22.270’N / 113 deg. 58.944’E
(E) 22 deg. 22.270’N / 113 deg. 59.160’E
(F) 22 deg. 22.070’N / 113 deg. 59.356’E
During the aforementioned periods, no vessels, other than Government launches, will be allowed to enter or remain within the Restricted Area. All vessels navigating in the vicinity should keep away from the Restricted Area.
In the event of inclement weather or emergency, the fallback dates of the rehearsal would be 16 and 17 October 2024, and the fallback date of the event day would be 26 October 2024.
