A yacht race will take place from Hong Kong to Philippines on 28 March 2018 (Wednesday). About 40 yachts are expected to participate in the race.
The race will start at 1120 hours in front of the Causeway Bay Typhoon Shelter. It will follow an easterly route through the harbor and Tathong Channel, thence to Philippines.
Masters, coxswains and persons-in-charge of vessels navigating in the vicinity of the race route should proceed with caution, giving practical consideration to the contestants. Compliance with the provisions of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea 1972 is mandatory.
