The Water Safety Day will be conducted from 0800 hours to 1330 hours on 1 May 2018 (Tuesday) at Repulse Bay and South Bay. About 2,500 swimmers are expected to participate in a 3000-metrer swimming session.
The event will take place at Repulse Bay and South Bay with the seaward boundaries delineated by straight line joining the following positions”
(A) the west end of Tau Chai
(B) the east end of Middle Island
Masters, coxswains and persons-in-charge of vessels navigating in the vicinity should proceed with caution and keep well clear of the above area.
