Calling and sailing out of any vessel with defect/deficiency [at Syama Prasad Mookherjee Port, Kolkata] will be considered subject to the consent/approval of the General Manager (Marine).
Further, the immobilisation of the main engine of the vessels will also be considered subject to the approval of the General manager (Marine).
The above order should be strictly complied with by all concerned with immediate effect.
