Effective from today (29 September), any vessel arriving at Zhoushan that has undergone an Indian crew change within the past month prior to arrival must wait at anchorage until a month has passed after sailing from the Indian crew change port.
Currently, this requirement only applicable for vessels discharging/loading cargo at Zhoushan, and not for those drydocking at the port.
