Updated crew change protocols

Indonesia has updated the requirements for signing-on and -off crew members.

Foreign crew arriving to join a vessel who have already received their second or third dose of the vaccine will be isolated for 24 hours upon arrival. A PCR will be conducted on the day of arrival.

Signing-off crew will be isolated in government facilities as indicated below (subject to confirmation by the local Port Authority):

  • Quarantine 7 x 24 hours for foreigners that already received 1st dose of vaccine (1st PCR test to be conducted on the day of arrival, with the 2nd on the 6th day)
  • Quarantine 5 x 24 hours for foreigners that already received 2nd dose of vaccine (1st PCR test to be conducted on day of arrival, with the 2nd on the 4th day)
  • Quarantine 3 x 24 hours for foreigners that already received 3rd dose of vaccine (1st PCR test to be conducted on day of arrival, with the 2nd on the 3rd day)
