Updated COVID-19 regulations

05 May 2021 / Taiwan

Since 4 May, Republic of China nationals and non- nationals with an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) who have traveled to India in the past 14 days (including those who have transited in India) must stay at group quarantine facilities and undergo COVID-19 testing after arrival in Taiwan.

Nationals and ARC holders will be given another COVID-19 test before completing the quarantine period. After they test negative, they must continue to complete a 7-day self-health management.

Non-Republic of China nationals without an ARC are temporarily barred from entering Taiwan.
