Tugboat escort costs have been fixed for the LPG carriers, tankers and nuclear carriers passing the Turkish Straits based on their LOA. The new tariffs are effective from 1 September 2018.
LPG vessels with a LOA over 150m will transit the Turkish Straits in daylight. VTS will plan the LPG carriers’ traffic/schedule time together with the present tanker traffic at the Dardanelles and Bosphorus.
