Tropical Depression Nine is located 420 miles south-southwest of Apalachicola, Florida and has maximum sustained winds near 35 mph. Tropical Depression Nine has been nearly stationary overnight, but is expected to move to the north and northeast today into Thursday. It is expected to make landfall to the east of Apalachicola on Thursday evening before moving across southern Georgia and lower South Carolina Friday.
