Travel/Trade Advisory for COVID-19

It is hereby requested that the following advisory be implemented immediately until further order:

  1. The Master of the ship may kindly be advised to indicate/mention the Seafarers who have got sign-on within 30 days in the Maritime Declaration of Health and with the assurance that they are cleared from COVID-19 by PCR.

  2. The Master of the ship should be assured the Health Authorities that all seafarers (including Master) have gone through the screening/laboratory investigations for COVID-19 by PCR, if their joining days are within the last 30 days.

  3. No permission shall be granted to ship for berthing, until and unless all personnel/seafarers on board are assured for COVID-19 PCR negative or without completion of 15 days as incubation/quarantine period, whichever the easier, and remain out of Pakistan Territory.

  4. Permission shall only be granted on submission of proof of COVID-19 PCR negative.
