In spite of pandemic worldwide COVID-19 scenario, Kiel-Canal transits are still possible without any delay and congestion. All involved parties (such as pilots, helmsmen, traffic control, agency, etc.) are still working and in charge.
For crew change it is different. As entry regulations into the European Union/Germany regulations change nearly every day, it is highly recommended to check before planning any crew changes.
