From 2 to 8 October bridge blocks will be transferred by floating crane from a location at 029 deg. 30'E and a location at 029 deg. 32'E in Izmit Bay. The blocks will be transferred by the floating crane "Taklift-7" escorted by the tug "Smit Barracuda". During this period, to ensure safe navigation, vessels in the area should not exceed a maximum speed of 4 knots and must monitor VHF 12 and 16 at all times.
