Fog is affecting operations at several Gulf ports.
At Houston, ship traffic was stopped at 02:02 hours local time, due to fog. Galveston and Texas City are operating under normal conditions.
Traffic was halted by the Sabine Pilot Office at the ports of Beaumont and Port Arthur at 00:35 hours local time.
In New Orleans, the Crescent River Pilot Office stopped ship traffic at 21:00 hours local time last night (17 December).
