Vessel traffic at Bosphorus will be suspended due to the following sailing and swimming events ib the coming summer months:
MASS Brotherhood Cup
- Location: Buyukdere Bay to Anadolu Hisarı
- Date and time of suspension: 25 May, from 12:00 to 17:00 hours local time
TAYK Cup
- Location: Buyukdere Bay to Bebek
- Date & time of supension: 5 July, from 11:00 to 16:00 hours local time
Samsung Bosphorus Swimming Race
- Location: Buyukdere Bay to Kabatas to Anadolu Hisarı
- Date & time of suspension: 21 July, from 12:00 to 17:00 hours local time
Bosphorus Cup
- Location: Cengelkoy to Marmara Sea to Canakkalle Strait
- Date & time of suspension: 28 September, from 13:00 hours local time. Starting at Cengelkoy point in the Bosphorus, to be confirmed whether if it will also affect the Canakkale Strait
