The Harbour Master at Izmit Bay halted all inward and outward traffic at 10.30 hours local time today (13 January), following a leak at one of the shore tanks of Poliport Terminal and the spillage of a significant amount of fuel oil into the sea.
Traffic is supended until further notice.
