Testing of arrivals abolished

The Federal Government of Pakistan via the Civil Aviation Authority has abolished Rapid Antigen Testing for inbound passengers with effect from today (8 February).

This applies for all inbound travelers/pedestrians (at border terminals) except:
- Deportees travelling without mandatory pre-boarding negative PCR (max 48 hours).
- Non-Vaccinated pedestrians at Border Terminals.

The following pre-boarding protocols must be followed:

  • Vaccination for all inbound passengers except those exempted from mandatory vaccination
  • Pre-boarding Negative PCR (max 48 hours old)
