Temporary Vessel Restrictions in Victoria Harbour During September Drone Events

Hong Kong authorities will establish several temporary restricted areas in Victoria Harbour during September to support drone performances. Mariners should expect short-term navigation restrictions in the affected areas.

New Hung Hom Harbour front

  • Restricted area in effect on September 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25 and 26.
  • Active between 17:30 and 22:00.
  • Tsim Sha Tsui Landing No. 5 will be temporarily closed during restriction periods.
  • Only authorized vessels will be permitted within the restricted area.

Hung Hom Promenade

  • Restricted area in effect on September 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25 and 26.
  • Active between 20:00 and 22:30.
  • Vessel access to the restricted area will be prohibited except for authorized vessels.

West Kowloon Cultural District

  • Restricted area in effect on September 9 (rehearsal) and September 12 (event).
  • Active between 16:00 and 23:00.
  • Vessel access to the restricted area will be prohibited except for authorized vessels.
