Temporary obstruction of river

There will be a partial blockage of the Mobile River on or about Tuesday, January 19, 2016 from approximately 0600 until 1500 in the Mobile River in the vicinity of Austal Shipyard and BAE shipyard to facilitate the roll out and launching of the EPF-7.

During the operations, there will be limited passing of vessels in that location. There may be times during the operations that vessels can proceed at a slow bell in that vicinity but only after agreement from the on scene Harbor Pilots. The Harbor Pilots will be conducting the movement of the EPF and they can be reached on channel 13 or 65 VHF/FM to arrange for passing arrangements, if deemed possible.
