Svitzer Towage and the tug crew three unions have reached an agreement to operate under a single Enterprise Agreement (EA) for the next four years.
This new agreement has replaced the previous three EAs that expired on 31 December, 2015, and simplifies the process of industrial matters going forward.
The new EA is being lodged today, 22nd Jan for approval with the Fair Work Commission.
