Svitzer Port Tariff Review

Svitzer Australia has announced revisions to its public tariffs for towage and lines/mooring at Australian ports, effective from 1 April 2017.

Svitzer states that every effort has been made to ensure increases are kept to a minimum, enabled by the successful Enterprise Agreement signing in 2016 as well as other initiatives undertaken in the past year. There has also been significant fleet renewal and redeployment in many areas.

The revisions are outlined below (Note: This list is not exhaustive):
Albany: 6.8%
Ardrossan: 2.5%
Brisbane: 3.5%
Eden: 2.5%
Fremantle & Kwinana: 1.86%
Kwinana Lines: 1.86%
Geelong: 2.5%
Geraldton: 0%
Melbourne: 2.4%
Newcastle: 2.4%
Newcastle Lines: 1.5%
Port Adelaide: 2.5%
Port Bonython: 10%
Port Botany: 2.4%
Port Giles: 2.5%
Port Jackson: 2.5%
Port Jackson (Gore Cove): 2.5%
Port Kembla: 2,5%
Port Kembla Lines: 1.5%
Port Pirie: 2.5%
Wallaroo: 2.5%
Westernport: 2.5%
