Svitzer Australia has advised that its public tariffs will escalate by an average of 2.8% Australia-wide from 1 April.
This follows their 2019 tariff review, which included a review of their surcharge mechanisms, resulting in more favourable conditions including reductions to:
- Late Booking/Booking Amendments;
- Tug Cancellations;
- Deadship movements;
and
- Active Standby requirements.
The average increase does not reflect the specific tariff increase per port. Refer to the individual port tariffs for 2019 rates.
