Further to Occupational safety & environmental compliances parameters, for vessels calling at Fujairah for cargo discharging operations, surveyors must submit the Quality Certificate directly to Fujairah Oil Tanker Terminals (FOTT) to initiate the berthing request. Samples should be drawn from Fujairah anchorage.
For vessels calling at Fujairah with part cargo on board and intending to load on top at Fujairah, the on-board cargo Quality Certificate should be submitted by surveyors to FOTT directly to initiate the berthing request. Samples should be drawn at Fujairah anchorage.
For vessels calling Fujairah with part cargo on board and intending to load onto separate tanks at Fujairah, the on-board cargo Quality Certificate issued at the load port can be submitted by surveyors to FOTT.
