Status of offshore terminals

As previously advised, a State of Emergency has been declared in Angola. However, operations are continuing at the country’s offshore crude terminals and LNG facilities.

Below is a summary of their operational status:

LUANDA
Terminal: Greater Plutonio
Status: Operational
Remarks: Movement of all personnel from shore to terminal have been suspended. Vessels are cleared remotely and clearance documents sent to the vessel by email. Loading operations continue with only Fiscal Police onboard. No husbandry services allowed except for critical medical emergencies.
No mandatory quarantine of vessel and crew announced.

SOYO
Terminals: Dalia, Girassol, Pazflor, Clov, Kaombo, PSVM, Kizomba, Gimboa, Palanca, Olombendo, N’Goma
Status: Operational
Remarks: Movement of all personnel from shore to terminal have been suspended. Vessels are cleared remotely and clearance documents sent to the vessel by email. Loading operations continue with only Fiscal police onboard. No husbandry services allowed except for critical medical emergencies.
No mandatory quarantine of vessel and crew announced.

SOYO
Terminal: Angola LNG
Status: Operational
Remarks: Terminal under lockdown. Vessel operations continue as usual. Vessels are cleared remotely and clearance documents sent to the vessel by email. Loading operations continue with only Fiscal Police onboard. No husbandry services allowed except for critical medical emergencies.
No mandatory quarantine of vessel and crew announced.

CABINDA
Terminals: Malongo / Sanha LPG
Status: Operational
Remarks: Terminal under lockdown. Vessel operations continue as usual. Vessels are cleared remotely and clearance documents sent to the vessel by email. Loading operations continue with only Fiscal Police onboard. No husbandry services allowed except for critical medical emergencies.
No mandatory quarantine of vessel and crew announced.
