State of Emergency extended

The Government of Angola has further extended the State of Emergency until 25 April. All government institutions including ports and offshore terminals continue to function with minimum staff to attend essential services.

Following operations continue to be suspended until the State of Emergency is lifted:

  1. Crew changes and transportation of personnel offshore (except critical medical emergencies)
  2. Immigration and visa services
  3. Domestic flights

Offshore crude liftings continue to operate with only customs police onboard.

Agent and other authorities are restricted from to travel offshore facilities.

Our head office in Luanda and branch offices in Soyo and Cabinda remain operational.
