The Bar Pilots for the Port of New Orleans restrict vessels with a deep freshwater draft of Forty-Six feet (46') or greater to transit 3 hours before to 3 hours after at high tide Pilottown.
This restriction becomes effective at 10OO hours CST on July 31, 2020.
Nothing in this restriction should be construed as limiting a pilot in the exercise of his judgment.
