The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration has issued Tropical Cyclone Bulletin No.12 for Severe Tropical Storm Paulo (Matmo) at 08:00 hours local time today (3 October).
Paulo will bring heavy rains and strong winds to ports in Luzon region. A Gale Warning is in effect over the seaboards of Northern Luzon and the eastern seaboard of Central Luzon.
Voyages of all vessels destined or transiting through affected areas are suspended, except for purpose of seeking shelter.
