Marafi, the Port Authority for Muscat Port, advises that for vessels coming alongside Port Sultan Qaboos, all crew need to fill the form the Ministry of Health’s self-declaration form.
If the vessel is calling for anchorage operations, only disembarking crew will need to complete the form.
