Singapore’s Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) will conduct scheduled maintenance of the ICA CREW system between 2300 hours on April 27 and 0700 hours on April 28, 2026.
During the maintenance period, ICA e-services in digitalPORT@SGTM will not be available and any applications submitted will not be processed.
For urgent application (e.g., arrival, departure, sign-on, sign-off) during the maintenance period, shipping agents can access the CREW FormSG via https://go.gov.sg/vesselandcrewmatters.
