Singapore’s Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) will carry out scheduled maintenance of the ICA CREW system from 2300 hours on Tuesday 27 January to 0700 on Wednesday 28 January.
During the maintenance period, ICA e-services in digitalPORT@SGTM will not be available, and any ICA applications during this period as the applications will not be processed.
For urgent applications (e.g., arrival, departure, sign-on, sign-off) during the maintenance period, shipping agents can access the CREW FormSG via https://go.gov.sg/vesselandcrewmatters.
