The Captain of the Port (COTP) Houston/Galveston has established a Safety Zone extending 500 feet on either side of the Galveston Causeway Railroad Bridge at MM 357.2 from 0700 to 1900 today (Monday 1 August), due to debris removal operations.
No vessels are permitted to transit the Safety Zone.
Further, the Pelican Cut Government Moorings will be reserved for vessels proceeding westbound.
