The Lower Mississippi River (LMR) is closed to navigation, as follows:
Closed at approx 1330 hours on Wednesday, January 20, between MM51-MM54 due to barge breakaways.
Closed at approx 0240 hour on Thursday, January 21, at Algiers Point, MM93.5-MM95 due to fog.
At both points, the LMR remains closed.
