Restricted Area off Kai Tak Cruise Terminal

From 0800 hours to 1700 hours on 28 August, a Restricted Area will be established in Victoria Harbour off the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal for conducting a counter terrorism exercise.

The Restricted Area is bounded by straight lines joining the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (E) and the adjacent shoreline:
(A) 22 deg. 18.282’N / 114 deg. 13.041’E
(B) 22 deg. 18.244’N / 114 deg. 13.083’E
(C) 22 deg. 18.073’N / 114 deg. 12.895’E
(D) 22 deg. 18.488’N / 114〫12.439’E
(E) 22 deg. 18.564’N / 114〫12.522’E

No vessels, other than Government launches and vessels engaged in the exercise, will be allowed to enter or remain within the Restricted Area during the aforementioned period. All vessels navigating in the vicinity should keep away from the Restricted Area.

In the event of inclement weather, the fallback date of the Exercise would be 30 August 2025.
