Repair works at Sentosa Island coast

From 22 April to 21 October, repair works will be carried out at the coast of Sentosa Island.

According to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Port Marine Notice No.034 of 2019, the works will be conducted between 0800 and 1800 hours daily, excluding Sundays & Public Holidays, within the working area bounded by the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum):

These craft will exhibit the appropriate local and international day signals.

The improvement works will involve the repair of revetment structures and promenade at Sentosa Cove.

A safety boat will be deployed to warn other craft in the vicinity of the working area.

Caution : When in the vicinity of the working area, mariners are reminded to:
a) Keep well clear and not to enter the working area;
b) Maintain a proper lookout;
c) Proceed at a safe speed and navigate with caution;
d) Maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 12 (East Control) or Channel 18 (Keppel Control) where appropriate;
and
e) Communicate with East Control on VHF Channel 12 or Keppel Control on VHF Channel 18 for assistance, if required.
