Reduction of light dues

The Egyptian Government has issued a new decree concerning reduction of Light dues/others:

For the Suez Canal
- Vessel passed Suez Canal: 25% deduction on sum of Suez/PSD Light Dues. Paid once in Suez Port.
- Annual increase of 5% will be suspended for 3 years starting from 8 September 2019.
- Decree 468/2018 which stated the deduction of 50% from the Ministry fees for yachts is cancelled.

For Port Calls
Vessel passed Suez Canal and calling Egyptian ports
- entering one Egyptian port: 10% deduction on port call light dues
- entering two or more Egyptian port: 20% deduction on port call light dues
