The Suez Canal Authority has decided to suspend the 10% rebate for dry bulk vessels transporting wheat from ports north of the Canal to be discharged at Aqaba, Jordan.
The Authority’s Circular No.15/2025 dated 7 July suspends Circular 5/1996 which applies to vessels transiting the Suez Canal in both directions, starting from 31 August 2025.
