The passage area within the limit of Causeway Bay Typhoon Shelter [has been] re-arranged with effect from 5 August 2016 because of marine works associated with construction of the Shatin to Central Link.
Pursuant to Section 3 of the Merchant Shipping (Local Vessels) (Typhoon Shelters) Regulation (Cap. 548E), the Director of Marine has set aside the area shown in grey colour in the plan numbered 2016 MAR022 and dated 5 August 2016 as passage area in Causeway Bay Typhoon Shelter. The plan is available for inspection on request to the Director of Marine and it can also be inspected on the Department’s website: http://www.mardep.gov.hk/en/pub_services/ocean/lpf_tshelter.html.
