Quarantine and other precautions

Mandatory quarantine is currently in force for St. Croix for any passengers travelling through the airport and medical exam upon entry.

Mandatory quarantine for 14 days is in effect for all visitors to Limetree Bay Terminals, with proof of medical clearance being require before entry into the facility is allowed.

All Limetree Bay operations are being performed normally as long as the US Coast Guard gives all clear. No operational delays are expected for this matter.

All foreign crewmembers, including captains, will be detained on board vessels by Customs and Border Patrol (CBP). The ONLY exceptions are US citizens and lawful Permanent Residents (green card holders).

Agents are to provide the last 10 port of calls list with CBP Form 3171 by email.

Vessels have to prepare new I-95s and, if possible, I-259 prior to CBP’s arrival.

No crew changes are allowed until further notice. If any crew members are found to have disembarked from any vessels without permission from CBP, a penalty will served to the carrier and or agent.

There is currently no curfew implemented but, Stay at Home order is effect for non-essential workers. All hotels, AirBnBs, Bed & Breakfast and guest houses are closed until further notice.
