The United States Coast Guard proposes to establish a permanent security zone within Sector Boston's Captain of the Port (COTP) Zone on the waters in the vicinity of John Joseph Moakley United States Courthouse, Boston, MA. The security zone would only be activated for enforcement during high profile court proceedings at the Courthouse. Comments on the proposal should be submitted by 22 December 2014. 79 Fed.
