Procedure for crew changes at Dubai ports

Standard operating procedure for crew changes at Dubai ports and anchorages have been issued, as follows:

DUBAI ANCHORAGE:
For crew SIGN OFF should have flight ticket along with visa.
For crew SIGN ON should have COVID-19 test report along with flight ticket.

PORT RASHID:
For crew SIGN OFF crew should have COVID-19 test report along with flight ticket.
For crew SIGN ON crew should have COVID-19 test report and immigration will only conduct the EXIT 96 hours prior vessel sailing.

DUBAI MARITIME CITY (DMC):
For all the crew sign ON/OFF visa needs to be taken from DMC itself, if vessel is staying more than 14 days.
For crew SIGN OFF (seaman visa within 14 days) should have COVID-19 test report along with flight ticket.
For crew SIGN ON (seaman visa within 14 days) should have COVID-19 test report and immigration will only conduct the EXIT 96 hours prior vessel sailing.

DUBAI DRYDOCKS WORLD (DDD):
For all the crew sign ON/OFF visa needs to be taken from DDD itself, if vessel is staying more than 14 days.
For crew SIGN OFF (seaman visa within 14 days) should have COVID-19 test report along with flight ticket.
For crew SIGN ON (seaman visa within 14 days) should have COVID-19 test report and immigration will only conduct the EXIT 96 hours prior vessel sailing.

JEBEL ALI:
For crew SIGN OFF should have flight ticket along with visa.
For crew SIGN ON should have COVID-19 test report along with flight ticket.
