Prior acceptance required for vessels

Mundra Port has announced that prior acceptance must be obtained for vessels calling at the port, without which no VCN will be processed.

This does not apply to container vessels, except those calling at the port for the first time.

The following is required to obtain vessel acceptance:

  1. Name of the Vessel / IMO number
  2. Name of the Vessel Owner
  3. Name of the Vessel Operator
  4. Name of the Vessel Charterer
  5. Name of the Vessel Manager
  6. Name of the Beneficial Owner
  7. Load Port, Cargo and its Origin
  8. Name of the Shipper
