Delays to general shipping at Cape Town are possible today (26 June), as the oil rig 'Scarabeo 7' will be docking, weather permitting. The rig is being brought into port after experiencing technical problems outside the port limits. Cape Town's Deputy Harbour Master advises that efforts will be made to keep delays to a minimum.
