Port Condition Zulu was set at Mobile, New Orleans and Pascagoula and the ports closed yesterday (15 September), ahead of expected arrival of Hurricane Sally.
Sally was forecast to maintain hurricane strength before making landfall today and rapidly weakening thereafter.
