Port working hours during Eid Al Fitr holiday

A public holiday has been declared in line with the following schedule. All administration offices will be closed from Saturday 30 April and shall re-open on Monday 9 May.

Abu Dhabi Ports – Operations working hours during the public holiday are as follows:

MINA ZAYED & MUSAFFAH PORT
Documentation Section
- 1st day of Eid Closed
- Working hours: Monday 2nd to Friday 6th May 08:00am – 17:00pm ( Except 1st Day of Eid)
Vessel Operations
- 1st day of Eid Complete Stoppage 04:00am -10:00am
- Working hours: Monday 2nd to Friday 6th May shall be considered as 24 hours overtime
Delivery & Yard
- 1st day of Eid Complete Stoppage 04:00am -10:00am
- Working hours: Monday 2nd to Friday 6th May shall be considered as 24 hours overtime
Cold Store
- 1st day of Eid Closed
- Working hours: Monday 2nd to Friday 6th May 07:00am – 17:00pm ( Except 1st Day of Eid)
- During this period any urgent booking inward and or outward should be requested a min of (8) hours in advanced and overtime rates will apply.

FREE PORTS
Port operations
- 1st day of Eid Complete Stoppage 04:00am -10:00am
- Working hours: Monday 2nd to Friday 6th May shall be considered as 24 hours overtime

MAQTA GATEWAY
MG Ops/ MG Service Desk
- 24 hours support

KHALIFA PORT (NON-CONTAINER BUSINESS)
Revenue Section
- 1st day of Eid Closed
- Working hours: Monday 2nd to Friday 6th May 08:00am – 17:00pm ( Except 1st Day of Eid)
General Cargo Terminal
- 1st day of Eid Complete Stoppage 04:00am -10:00am
- Working hours: Monday 2nd to Friday 6th May shall be considered as 24 hours overtime
CFS Operation
- 1st day of Eid Closed
- Monday 2nd to Friday 6th May 07:00am – 17:00pm ( Except 1st Day of Eid)
- During this period any urgent booking inward and or outward should be requested a min of (8) hours in advanced and overtime rates will apply.

All services provided during overtime hours and holidays will be charged in accordance with the Abu Dhabi Ports publicly declared tariff.
