Saudi Ports Authority has withdrawn the subsidy on port dues, effective from 11 February 2017.
An official notice has not yet been issued by all ports, however, asall ports are administered under the Saudi Ports Authority, the revised/full charges are now applicable.
A breakdown of the tariff changes are shown below:
PORT ARRIVAL DUES
Until 10 Feb 2017: SAR 500 / USD 133.33
With effect 11 Feb 2017: SAR 1000 / USD 266.67
PORT DEPARTURE DUES
Until 10 Feb 2017: SAR 500 / USD 133.33
With effect 11 Feb 2017: SAR 1000 / USD 266.67
WASTE COLLECTION (PER DAY)
Until 10 Feb 2017: SAR 50 / USD 13.33
With effect 11 Feb 2017: SAR 100 / USD 26.67
