The Captain of the Port for Port Everglades has set Port Condition Whiskey at all Ports within her jurisdiction by 0800 hours today (3 October).
Hurricane Matthew is continuing its northerly track across the Caribbean with sustained winds of 130 mph and associated heavy rainfall. The storm is forecast to track near SE Florida throughout the remainder of the week and poses potential risk to our ports as it continues northward.
